Support Kristy Green During this Time of Loss

With permission from Kristy Green and the family, we are starting a GoFundMe account to help Kristy with some of her immediate expenses over the next weeks and months. Rick, her husband of 37 years, suddenly and unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack on Monday, Dec. 23. Carrick and I have been lifelong friends with Rick and Kristy for nearly 40 years. Carrick first met Rick in college when they were roommates, and then met Kristy at Victoria Community Church in the College & Career Class. I met all of them when I started attending V.C.C. We have been in each other's weddings, witnessed the miracle of our children's' births and now, their weddings. Most recently we celebrated Thanksgiving all together in Colorado. We cherish these memories and hold them dear to our hearts. While we mourn the loss of our dear friend Rick, we are secure in our faith and hope in the Lord that we will see him again.
