I have been a Fine Art Artist and Author for many years now and have had great success at times, especially with my latest book 'Florida Retirement Is Murder' Until June 18th, 2024 when the book along with my Original Oil Painting 'ACT' God Bless America was Banned in the United States, Erased from view, Censored and Deleted from AMAZON, GOOGLE and META - The USA Only!
- I have lost it all as you have seen in the video and am struggling to survive on a Social Security Disability Income. Albeit with multiple amputations and birth defects, I have attempted and succeeded to the best I can possible - til now!

On April 07, 2026 I filed PRO se lawsuit against GOOGLE LLC., Amazon.com, Inc., and META Platforms Inc. for violation of Antitrust, Censorship and Multiple Civil Rights violations in the Florida Southern District Court #26-14119-cv-SMM.
This case is now going into the 9th Month of Litigation with No MERIT touched as of yet as the multiple efforts from the Defense has been to Delay and Stay the obvious impact of a Full Subpoena and Discovery.
This is HUGE and the ultimate position of all this - I am Bankrupt, Creatively and Otherwise destroyed and lost my entire efforts. Through a retaliation on September 15th, 2025 the erased book appeared again after being absent for over a year. The penalty, reviews and damage remain. The Retaliation continues and the economic penalty is severe.
I need Help Please - The upcoming Discovery, Case Structure and requirement to secure Counsel will demand more resources than a typical PRO se PLAINTIFF can afford. It is entirely this reason I am asking publicly for your assistance. BIG Tech Censorship has Bankrupted my life!

The Fine Artwork 'ACT' God Bless America was on display in the Republican Speaker of the United States House of Representatives , John Boehner of Ohio in 2011. That painting is hardly visible or to be found in search anymore...
I am Gentleman of Honesty and Lessons in life learn the hard way... But I hit a home run and built a better mouse trap - then got thrown out sliding into home-plate. I am an American Voice! I believe in my Country and Home for Life, Liberty and Justice! It was Stolen from me through Censorship and a Direct Assault. I need your help please, thank you.
