Kringle’s momma here….

I apologize for the delay in posting, I’ve had a bit of hard time digesting Kringle’s last vet visit. As you may or may not be aware, Kringle had an ear infection a couple of weeks ago. He definitely wasn’t acting himself, but I chalked his quietness up to his not feeling well. At the vet, it was discovered that Kringle has something going on with his heart. Two different vets gave his heart a listen and both concurred that he needed to see a specialist asap. I was given a couple of specialists recommendations, and after careful review and research, chose to make an appointment with one located in Omaha, Nebraska.

Kringle and I will be traveling to Omaha on December 18, just 3 days after his 5th birthday. He is scheduled to have an Echocardiogram and pending those results, we will know if we will need to stay there longer or not.

I’m sure you’re all aware of my love for Kringle. He is my soul dog. When I’m sad, he knows and won’t leave my side. When I laugh, he dances around as if celebrating. He travels with me just about everywhere. Most importantly, he saw Shane and I through the loss of our precious son, Dustin.

I am trying to come up with a fundraiser to help with the cost of Kringle’s trip and visit. If anyone has any ideas, I would be very grateful. We don’t have much time, so I need to come up with something quick.
