Anyone that knows me knows my dog is my best friend and my entire world. I am shattered to have recently found out that Kovu will require surgery for elbow dysplasia.

He is only five years old and still has so much life left to live. This surgery, physical therapy, and other treatment will be extremely expensive and require lifelong care.

I hate to even ask, but this is affecting his quality of life and I can't bear to see him in pain any longer.
