Hi my name is Krista, I'm starting this fundraiser for my son Kota, who is having open heart surgery as I type this. I struggled with making this, its hard seeing any child like this, even harder when its my own. For those that dont know him, he is 3, and oh so full of life. He loves so big and cares so deep. He doesnt know a stranger just a new friend. Hes been battling an uphill battle his entire life. In and out of hospitals but still absolutely thrives.

Kota is going to need full time care and a lot of therapy which is expensive. All of which will mean that I may not be able to work. He is most certainly worth it.
