Hello everyone,
Thank you for taking some time to visit this page. My name is Amber and I’m writing on behalf of one of my best friends, Koren Poradek. I appreciate you reading her story.
Koren (Ren) is an amazing person and has a heart of gold (sometimes to match her hair ) She is always there for the ones she loves whether that is a hug, cheering them on, or volunteering. This past weekend she was involved in a UTV accident leaving her with deep lacerations all along her right leg requiring multiple surgeries. She is currently in the hospital and has completed two of those surgeries. Thursday she is expected to have another to close up the wound on her thigh and have a skin graph placed.
- Her road to recovery will be many months and with that she will not be able to work. During this time, Ren will be spending her time at the hospital, at appointments, and physical therapy, and bills will mount up quickly. I am starting this GoFundMe page to help with all the various expenses that will add up for her and her family. Any contribution, no matter how big or small will make a significant difference. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
- Money will be allocated to gas money for all the hospital visits, to paying rent, electricity, phone and insurance payments. Money will also go towards groceries to feed the family, and buy clothes for the family and necessities for living life.
