Support Koozer's Urgent Medical Needs

So, my dog, Koozer, about a month ago slightly tore his ACL, and we had him taking 3 medications, RIMADYL, GABAPENTIN, and doxycycline hyclate. I had to stop because his poop was a different color and he was moving wayy slower. Then I noticed about 2 weeks ago he started to lose weight and interest in the food I was making, (beef & turkey and kidney beans) so I started to transition his meals to turkey and then just chicken through this week. He has now lost his appetite, and is barely eating at all now. I stopped to see all medication to if he could poop something solid, but he still has the runs.

& to add onto all of this, his stomach feels tight like a knot. I believe this has all created gastric bloat! I'm still financially recovering from my last vet visit, and lost my job in February, so Im not able to get approved for credit cards(go figure), so if you have anything to give to help me get him to the emergency vet, I would greatly appreciate it.
