Konstantin Savvon was in a skateboarding accident while visiting friends in Austin on Saturday. He had to have surgery to remove the blood that was surrounding his brain. He was intubated and sedated overnight on Saturday. His parents and sisters drove from Huffman to Austin as soon as they found out on Saturday night.

As of Sunday afternoon, he is no longer intubated or sedated. He opened his eyes a few times and is able to speak, but he is mostly sleeping. His parents were told he would be in the hospital for seven days.

His parents are staying in Austin until he is released from the hospital. With this unexpected accident comes unexpected costs. Since so many people have reached out asking how they can help the Savvon family during this time, Konstantin’s parents approved for us to start a GoFundMe for them.
