Support Kodama's Life-Saving Surgery

My partner and I are raising money for our cat Kodama’s vet bills. She became suddenly ill one night and we immediately knew something was very wrong. After several trips to the vet, radiographs and other diagnostics, it was revealed the cause of her sickness was likely a piece of fabric she ingested somehow. The fabric was obstructing her bowels and requires surgery to remove, to save her life.

The cost of the diagnostics and surgery is up to $6,000+ and at this point we barely have enough to cover the down payment for her surgery.

Devastated and overwhelmed, we are humbling asking for anything at all you could spare to help us climb out of this hole of debt.

Kodama is our cross-eyed baby and we would do anything to have her back home feeling like her playful self again, and looking out the windows of our home. During a very difficult period in our lives she has brought nothing but joy. She’s a special girl we adore, and a huge part of our hearts & family.

This has been a completely unexpected and unfortunate circumstance. Seeing her become so sick so suddenly was when the nightmare began. We would’ve been hard pressed to pay even a few hundred and now we’re navigating several thousand.

We know it’s a difficult time for many and are truly grateful for anything at all. If you know me you know I hate to even ask but damn this is a tough one.
