My son, Koby Plum, was involved in a head-on collision on August 11, 2025, commuting home from work, when the other driver went left of center, striking Koby’s truck. He was life-flighted and has been hospitalized since then, having had two surgeries on his left foot and one surgery on his right foot , unable to walk or get out of bed

Koby is a strong and determined young man , but his road to recovery will be long and painful. Doctors have told us he will be unable to return to work for the next 3–4 months while he heals and goes through rehabilitation.
