My name is Kobe Clemons and I am suffering from HIV as well as stage 4 Lymphoma cancer. I am looking for help funding my treatment as well as my ongoing bills and support for medical debt. This is my story that I need to tell you, so here I am stepping in the light.

I have been treating my HIV for a while. I was diagnosed back in July after an ER visit due to a seizure, which was a result of stress and not knowing i even had HIV. I had contracted this disease from sexual assault that happened to me in November of 2024.

Treatment and things were going well and I was getting back on track, but I had to slow down. I could not get a job because I was getting sicker. My bills kept piling up, my credit is terrible, and debt from school was starting to collect as well, and all I had was some help from some borrowed funds or loans. Things were very hard as I was in constant pain, and I just wanted it to go away.
Then came November 25.
November 25 is a day where everything started to feel the worst. My pain scale was at a 10 with all the body aches I had. I went to the ER at Torrance Memorial Hospital around 8:30 PM. I remember waiting in the wheel chair, crying because of how overwhelming it all was; I couldn't see out of my right eye, a terrible migraine, and severe body aches. Blood work, an X-ray and a CT scan with contrast was conducted while I waited for a room. I was admitted around 5 am, and received some results: my red blood cell count was strikingly low (23 out of 200).

After 5 days in Torrance Memorial, I was told I had stage 4 B-cell lymphoma and a 9cm mass above my liver, and that I needed to seek treatment asap.

After finding out no one could treat me at the hospital due to my insurance through Global care, I made the switch to LA care direct, and thats when the ball started rolling. I got a case worker, and she helped me finally get what I needed. I finally got to see an Oncologist on January 19, 2026.

After years of being in pain, I finally have answers and begin treatment January 26, 2026. I am going to kick cancers butt!

I wanted to share this finally because I was battling a lot at the time, and was working on asking for help throughout hard times. But I pray, and I love you guys. I'm going to be okay because I am a fighter. I am up to talking to anyone, and I am sending love and all the prayers and hugs and kisses to everyone. If I don't answer, know I will get back to you, and will leave contact info as well as anything that would help my team and I if you have questions. I love you and will always love you. Pray for me and send love. Show others love, too! This is my phoenix story, and I will be rebirthed and healed.

Please spread this around and share if you have friends and family who would like to help with donations or advice or anything!!
Love,
Kobe Christopher Clemons
