Help Knuckles Beat FIP — Again
Hi everyone,
I never thought I’d be writing this again, but here we are. My sweet cat Knuckles is facing the unthinkable — Neuro FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) — for the second time.
Knuckles is more than a pet. He’s my best friend, my daily comfort, and my emotional anchor. He’s quirky, loving, and strong-willed. He survived FIP once, and we truly believed he had beaten it. We celebrated the end of his treatment with so much hope.
But just a few months later, his symptoms returned — this time with even more terrifying neurological signs. Neuro FIP is an aggressive and usually fatal form of this disease. Without treatment, the outcome is certain. But we’ve seen this treatment work once — and we believe it can work again.
Unfortunately, treatment is expensive. The antiviral medication alone costs hundreds of dollars, and Knuckles will also need regular vet visits, bloodwork, supportive care, and follow-up exams. As you can imagine, the financial toll of going through this battle again is immense.
We’re humbly asking for help — whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply a kind word. Every bit truly helps. All funds will go directly toward Knuckles’ medical care.
If you’ve ever loved an animal, you know how deeply this hurts. Please help us give Knuckles a second chance — again.
With love and gratitude,
The Gardner Family.
