My father, Kleber Jorge Pimenta, a celebrated figure in the Brazilian jazz community and guitarist in Sergio Mendes's band for over 30 years, is now facing an unfortunate setback.

Recently, Kleber's car was stolen, containing all his equipment he personally owns and brings with him to play gigs around the world.

The items stolen were not only sentimental for Kleber as they allow him to express his talent, but also held a significant monetary value.
