Support Kitty's Recovery and Stability

Hello, my name is Ashley. I have started this GoFundMe for my mother, Kitty. At the end of October, she slipped and fell, landing on her back hard. She sustained a burst fracture along with several other compression fractures. She had to have major spine surgery to repair the burst fracture and now has rods in her spine. My mother is out of work till the end of January due to this unfortunate accident. She is a teacher at LMS and has been teaching for 20 years in Citrus County. Right now, things are tough, and she is struggling to make ends meet. She is behind on her mortgage, and her car is on the list to be repossessed. She needs her car so I can take her to her neurosurgery appointments in Tampa and so she can return to work when cleared. My mom will also be losing her health insurance this week if she doesn’t come up with $497 to pay her part of the premium. She still has neurosurgery appointments in Tampa and physical therapy to attend. If she loses her health insurance she will not be able to get it back when she goes back to work.
