Hi, my name is Nohemi, and I’m reaching out during an incredibly painful and urgent moment.

On Monday, I lost one of my kittens, Sister, after she tested positive for feline parvovirus (panleukopenia). Despite trying everything we could, her condition declined rapidly and she had to be humanely put down. Losing her was devastating.

Now, her siblings have been exposed to parvo, and today they stopped eating, which is a critical and dangerous sign. At this stage, time is everything — they need immediate veterinary care, testing, fluids, and supportive treatment to have a chance at survival.

I am in the process of starting Kitty Lemonade, a community-driven rescue and care initiative focused on helping vulnerable kittens through spay/neuter, medical care, and responsible colony management. Unfortunately, Kitty Lemonade is still in its early stages, and I don’t yet have the funds needed to cover emergency medical care — but the need is here right now.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward:

• Emergency vet visits

• Parvo testing and treatment

• Fluids, medications, and supportive care

• Ongoing medical needs for the surviving kittens

These kittens are still alert and fighting, and I refuse to give up on them if there is any chance to save their lives.
