If you know me, you know my fur babies are my whole life. This past week, my “big chonk” had a foreign body removed via surgery. We thought we were in the clear, but in an ironic fashion, he has not been eating since surgery on Tuesday. With him becoming more lethargic, I brought him to the ER, and they found he is very dehydrated and definitely has an altered level of consciousness. They are recommending that he be hospitalized for IV therapy and further testing. With hospitalization comes a large bill. I will do anything that I can for my big baby, but with this comes financial hardship. I hate asking for help, financially or otherwise, but I have no other choice.
