EMS came and went to the hospital. Turns out I have three fractures in my back my car is totaled. I don’t know what I’m gonna do for it. I don’t know what I’m gonna do for a vehicle. I just learned today that I will require surgery surgery that I cannot afford surgery that I am forced to rely on friends and family to help me obtain the fees needed to get this accomplished so that I might return to work and begin taking care of myself so here I am again at your mercy please help with anything that you can to help me regain my independence and some semblance of hope of being a regular every day, Joe earning their own way, making their own life without having to ask for help.
