Support Kirsten's Family After NC Flooding

My sister, Kirsten, and her family (husband and three kids) have been impacted by the flooding in North Carolina on September 16-17. Their home and most of their belongings are a total loss, including one of the family's vehicles. Mercifully, everyone is safe, as are their pets, and they have been able to rehome their chickens and other animals.
They are now looking for temporary housing and will need to replace nearly all furniture, clothing, and household items. This hasn’t been declared a federal emergency as of yet, so they don’t have access to some of those recovery benefits.
I am hoping we can get them funds to help them stabilize as their kids continue their school year and they try to return to as normal of a life as possible in this great loss. This is a good reminder that our belongings are just things, but our family and sense of safety are very important, and a price tag cannot be put on that.
