Hello, friends.

I’m reaching out to ask for your support for a dear friend of mine, Kirsten, who is courageously battling Type B Cell Lymphoma. Kirsten is not only an incredible friend but also a compassionate and skilled veterinary technician who has dedicated her life to helping animals and their families. Her selflessness and expertise have touched countless lives, and now, she needs our help.

Kirsten has faced some truly difficult health challenges. In addition to her recent cancer diagnosis, she also has Addison’s Disease and POTS, which add layers of complexity to an already tough journey. For the past 6 years, she’s worked as an ER vet tech and is currently the head technician in our specialty hospital’s Integrative Medicine department, providing exceptional care for her own oncology patients—many of whom are dogs fighting cancer. Through it all, Kirsten has given everything to help others, and now it's time for us to give back to her.

Kirsten started her chemotherapy treatments this past week, and it has already been an emotional and physically exhausting experience for her. Due to the pain from the tumor and the toll of her treatment, she has had to cut back her hours at work, adding financial strain to an already overwhelming situation.
