Help Kingsley Heal After Open-Heart Surgery
My name is Kingsley,im just turn 4 year old.
Kingsley was born with a rare congenital heart defect called Ebstein’s anomaly, a condition that affects the tricuspid valve in his heart. From the very beginning, his heart has had to work much harder than it should. While other babies were growing and thriving, Kingsley was already fighting battles no child should have to face.
Recently, Kingsley had to undergo open-heart surgery in order to survive. During this surgery, doctors also had to place a pacemaker to help regulate his heart rhythm and keep it beating properly. Watching our tiny 4-year-old be wheeled into surgery was one of the most terrifying moments of our lives — but we held onto hope, faith, and the incredible medical team caring for him.
The surgery was successful, but Kingsley’s journey is far from over. He is now in recovery, learning how to heal with a pacemaker and a heart that has been through so much. His days are filled with medications, doctor visits, monitoring, and careful limitations while his body recovers. Yet despite everything, Kingsley still smiles, laughs, and shows a strength that amazes everyone around him.
Along with the emotional toll, the financial burden has been overwhelming. Between hospital stays, surgery, specialists, medications, medical equipment, travel, and time off work to care for Kingsley, the expenses have quickly become more than we can manage on our own.
We created this GoFundMe to help pay of hospital bill
Your donations will help cover:
• Hospital and surgical bills
