I have received devastating news that my 6 month old puppy King Arthur isn’t well and needs serious surgery on his elbows.. He was found to have bilateral elbow dysplasia and one of the elbows are so bad that he needs an ostectomy to cut out a portion of his lower ulna to replace the missing bone in his elbow joint. All this little boy should be worried about is being the playful happy puppy that he wants to be, but now he must face something so traumatic and difficult to get to that place :(. The costs of these procedures are un-fathomable and absolutely devastating as well. This little boy is my world, my son, and he has an extremely important job as my service emotional support dog and companion. The only option in my mind is to do anything and everything in my power to give this little boy the pain free life that he is so deserving of. His first Surgery is scheduled for 10/30/25 on his left (more problematic elbow). Eventually he may need corrective surgery on his right elbow as well :(. No puppy should have to face something so traumatic at such a young age. He’s just a baby. The whole situation has been devastating. Anything that you can donate (big or small) to Arthur’s vet bills and fees- would be so unimaginably appreciated and would forever touch mine and Arthur’s hearts as we do our best to maneuver this situation. Prayers for a successful surgery on Thursday is also greatly appreciated. I love you all.
