Hello! My name is Cristina , and I’m launching this GoFundMe campaign to support Kids in Need of Defense (KIND). This organisation is very special to me. When my grandmother was 12 years old, she made the journey from Mexico to America by herself. I can only imagine how difficult that must have been, with little to no connections in a country she didn’t know. Kids In Need of Defense is an organization dedicated to protecting unaccompanied and separated children. These vulnerable kids are on a journey seeking safety, and KIND ensures they have legal representation and their rights are upheld.
