Support Kim's Funeral and Family Needs

We are heartbroken to share that our beloved mother Kimberly Marie (McNeil) Morin 54, passed away on November 30, after a courageous battle with cancer. Kim was a devoted, caring mother, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, and partner. Her children and grandchildren were always her priority, putting her family first before her own needs. She was a shining example of unconditional love, guidance, and strength. Our mom truly lived life to the fullest. Her kindness, warmth, and laughter touched everyone she knew and will be deeply missed.
In June of 2024 Kim started to experience intense pain on her left side and back. After numerous trips to her primary care doctor and getting misdiagnosed, Kim visited the emergency room the last week of August. There they performed a CT scan (which Kim had asked her primary doctor to do, but she felt it was “unwarranted”) and Kim was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. After a biopsy was taken, the doctors informed us that unfortunately my mom was not a candidate for surgery because it had already spread to her liver and surrounding blood vessels. Kim chose not to do chemotherapy as it would only prolong her life a month or so and make her ultimately feel more sick.
Kim leaves behind her 8 children, 8 grandchildren, and one great-grandson. As we bear this unimaginable loss, we are raising funds to cover the expenses for our mother Kim’s funeral and memorial services. Many of you may already know that she has left behind fairly young children, her youngest sons Joey age 11 and Rowan 15. We as her older children are now left with the task of taking over our mother’s household responsibilities and handling all that comes with it. On top of this we will play a crucial part in raising our little brothers and homeschooling them, per our mother’s wishes. Any remaining funds following funeral expenses will go directly toward our younger siblings and will benefit their needs. We hope to take some burden off our baby siblings, as they are already going through a difficult loss. We as a family want to thank everyone in advance for your consideration. Whether or not you are able to donate we truly appreciate all the love and support that has come our way. It’s truly breathtaking to see the lasting impact our beloved mother has left on so many lives. Thank you.
