Help Kim Fight Stage 4 Lymphoma
In January 2026, we received news that changed everything. My mom, Kim, was diagnosed with Stage 4 Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, an aggressive form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. What started as a scary and uncertain moment quickly turned into a fight that she has been facing with incredible strength, resilience, and hope. While aggressive, this cancer is treatable.
Since her diagnosis, Kim has begun intensive chemotherapy treatments. While the journey has not been easy, she continues to stay in good spirits throughout every appointment, treatment, and difficult day. If everything continues to go as planned, we are hopeful that she will complete treatment and be in remission by May 2026.
As many families facing cancer know, the financial burden that comes with treatment can be overwhelming. Between medical bills, ongoing treatments, medications, and the many unexpected costs that come with cancer care, expenses add up quickly. In addition, chemotherapy can cause long-term side effects that require follow-up care, including significant dental work that is often needed after treatment.
We are raising funds to help support Kim through:
• Chemotherapy and medical treatments
• Medical bills and medications
• Post-treatment recovery care
• Dental work needed as a result of chemotherapy
Kim has always been the person who shows up for everyone (she’ll be late but she’ll be there) and always bringing laughs, love, and sometimes a little bit of chaos in the best possible way. She’s the one who makes hard days easier and good days even better. Now it’s our turn to show up for her while she focuses on the important job of beating cancer and getting back to doing what she does best: making the people around her smile
Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the financial stress during this time and allow her to focus on what matters most: beating cancer and recovering fully.
If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with others would mean just as much to her.
Thank you for your love, encouragement, and support during this difficult time. We are incredibly grateful.
