My name is Kim, and I am reaching out during one of the most difficult times of my life. On Father’s Day this year, I lost my beloved husband. We have a wonderful child with special needs, and together we have always faced life’s challenges as a family. Now, just a week before Thanksgiving, I have been diagnosed with cancer. The emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming, especially as we try to adjust to life without my husband and manage on a limited income.

For over 32 years, I have worked hard and have always tried to be there for others in need. Asking for help is not easy for me, but I have been encouraged to give this a try. The funds raised will go directly toward daily living expenses, caring for my child, and covering the mounting medical bills that come with my diagnosis.
