Hello everyone,

I received no news any young mother wants to hear from an MRI, a growing Tumor in the brain. Enlightening news at this stage of life for myself, my husband and our young family.

Challenges I face will be percentage removed, surgery result and tumor type for ongoing treatment. Very well possibly chemotherapy and or radiation therapy after surgery, as they have already stated that they will not be able to remove the entire tumor with surgery and that it is most likely a slow growing cancer.

It is a huge hit to my pride to be on here asking for help , As we are both very hard working and have been very independent.

My husband and our children are unable to enter the hospital due to covid, so in addition to leaving my 2 kids at home plus the financial impost I dont feel too good about the situation. I just want to tell my family I love them, wake up after the operation to my husband telling me everything is fine and then kick the next goal to full recovery without any stress. To help achieve this I have great family support but do need some financial help.

We don't know how much surgery will cost but it will be expensive. Not everything will be covered by medicare unfortunately due to the type of surgery, therapy and medication needed. Any help is very very very much appreciated.

I am waiting for Yale and Hartford Healthcare to contact me with the decisions of their Tumor Boards and will update here as soon as I know more.
