My name is Kimberly, and I’m reaching out for support as I recover from a bilateral radio frequency nerve ablation in my cervical spine (C4, C5, C6, and C7). This procedure was necessary to help manage severe pain and improve my quality of life, but it also means I’m unable to work for several weeks while I heal. As a cashier at Costco, my job requires lifting heavy items and standing for long hours—tasks I simply can’t do right now. My doctor has restricted me from lifting more than 5 pounds, and standing for extended periods is too painful as I recover.
I expect to be off work until at least August 15, 2025, though I hope to return sooner if my recovery goes well. In the meantime, I’m facing a tough financial situation. I need help covering my rent, utilities, car payment, car registration, auto insurance, and groceries until my disability benefits begin. Any support will go directly toward these essential expenses, helping me stay afloat and focus on healing without the added stress of falling behind on bills.
Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference during this challenging time. Thank you for considering a donation or sharing my story with others who might be able to help.
