My name is Hannah Snider. I am making this fundraiser for Kimberly Snider, my stepmama of more than 10 years. In April 2024, Kimber was diagnosed with Stage 4 ovarian cancer with peritoneal carcinomatosis. Since then, she has endured major surgery, including a hysterectomy and partial peritonectomy, and is now on her third sequence of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Right now, Kimber is stable with intensive treatment, but the future remains uncertain.

Through all of this, Kimber has continued to be devoted to her family. Kimber is one of the strongest women I know. Her energy spreads like a wildfire when she enters a room. She can create something special out of thin air. She is beautiful from the inside and out, totally hilarious, deeply moved by art and nature, and above all, a wonderful mother to her children (and kitties).

This fundraiser will help offset some medical expenses, but most importantly, it will help Kimber and my dad, Jeff, make precious memories together during this difficult season. The hope is to help them travel to Boston for her son’s college graduation at Brandeis University, enjoy a special swimming with otters experience, and possibly take a short trip to Greece next year if Kimber’s health allows.

Jeff recently made the heartbreaking decision to close his design agency of more than 15 years so he could focus more on caring for Kimber full time, sacrificing so much to give her comfort and love.

Any support means the world to this family and will help ease the financial stress and logistics so Kimberly can experience joy, love, and meaningful moments with the people she cares about most.
