Hello. My name is Kaitlyn, the daughter of my beautiful mother, Kimberly Bigman. My mother died this past week after fighting for her life for almost a year in the hospital at 64 years old. She has been chronically ill for many years and has now finally found peace. I am reaching out to ask for any donations that can help with the costs of her celebration of life and to help with this transition period for me and my family.

My mother was and will be the best person I will ever know. She spent many years of her adulthood taking care of her sick father and sacrificed many years of her own life to take care of him. She was committed to putting others before herself. It didn’t matter how long or little she knew you, she made sure you knew you mattered. Another essential part of my mom’s personality was her love to celebrate. Whether it was a birthday, an anniversary, or even Saint Patrick’s Day, she found a way to throw a party. Every holiday, I knew we would take our obligatory trip to the Dollar Tree to buy every kind of decoration possible. I will miss our Dollar Tree trips and her lively spirit that made our house a home. I hope to plan a celebration of life that will make her proud. She deserves everything and more.
