Hello everyone :)

Recently, my mom, Kimberly, received some life-altering news that has greatly affected her and our family: a diagnosis of stage two invasive ductal carcinoma.

If you know her, you know how hardworking, selfless, and strong she is. She has always been willing to stand up for us, but now we need to step up for her.

As she begins her journey, she will have to face not only the physical and mental tribulations that come along with cancer, but also the financial burden of treatment. With an upcoming surgery and additional treatment ahead, the costs are quickly accumulating. In addition to this

, she will be closing her beloved boutique, Encore, after 10 years of pouring her heart into curating the perfect space that meant so much to her and her clientele.

While the future will come with its share of difficulty, our goal is to lessen the impact of this diagnosis so my mom can focus on what really matters instead of wondering how she will pay for her treatment and surgeries.

As a full-time college student and her only daughter, I really struggle with feeling useless in this time of hardship because I do not have the resources to give her everything she needs.
