Kimberly Annette Breazeale-Ivy
July 8, 1967 – November 1, 2024
Kimberly Annette Breazeale-Ivy, born on July 8, 1967, in Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. Kim lived a vibrant life, with a journey that took her through many places, but she most recently made her home in Brazoria, Texas. Known affectionately by her family as Granny, she will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love, Kimberly touched the lives of all who knew her.
Kimberly grew up with a deep appreciation for family and a zest for life. She found joy and fulfillment as a beautician, cherishing the connections she made with her clients and bringing them happiness through her work. Outside of work, she had a passion for singing and was happiest with a microphone in hand, singing her favorite songs at karaoke night. She loved being near the water, whether it was soaking up the sun at the beach or floating down the river, embracing life’s simple joys. However, Kimberly will be best remembered for the love and devotion she showed to her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She was an active presence in their lives, attending their special events and celebrations, always offering her unwavering support and affection.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Paul Dwight Ivy; her parents, Robert Earl Breazeale and Dana Aurilla (McVay) Breazeale; her siblings, Robin Danay Breazeale-Collins and Stephen Paul Breazeale; her three children, Jonathan Wayne Breazeale, Toni Annette Lynch, and Scott Alan Lynch; and her five cherished grandchildren, Jayden Alex Caballero, Kayla Faith Reese, Micah Robert Breazeale, Genesis Nicole Lynch, and Brennan Donnell Alexander. She also leaves behind a host of in-laws and extended family who she held close to her heart.
Kimberly's departure is a profound loss, felt deeply by her family, friends, and the countless others who were touched by her vibrant spirit. But it was her time to fly high, and our time to admire her flight. In this time of mourning, the family would like to express heartfelt gratitude for your support and asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the family’s memorial fund. They also welcome stories and memories to honor Kimberly’s life and the joy she brought to so many.
A celebration of Kimberly’s life will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Wild Peach Community Church, located at 1862 CR 347, Brazoria, TX 77422. All who loved Kim are welcome to join in remembering her beautiful life
