Kimberli's story: I was diagnosed with triple negative invasive ductal carcinoma May 2025. One of the darkest days of my life. I told myself that I wouldn't be able to see my children graduate high school, get married, or have children. I was convinced that I was going to leave my husband and children with this giant hole in their hearts. Today I am cancer free and living life to the fullest! I did 16 rounds of chemotherapy, 4 red devil infusions, 24 white blood cell injections, too many blood tests to count, a double mastectomy, and currently doing 9 rounds of immunotherapy.

My friends Lora, Miranda, and Cassie have been there for me every step of the way. They called and text to check on me after every infusion, they offered their time to come and sit with me during infusion if I needed, they offered dinners for my family when my energy was down, and they were always there for me to lean on. Together we decided that we wanted to help raise money to put a stop to this horrible disease and help other families who have to suffer through what I did.
