Support Kim in Her Fight for Community Rights

This GoFundMe campaign is raising money to help Kim Bringman, a Sun City Lincoln Hills resident, cover her legal fees to pursue protection from the Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association (SCLHCA) for an illegal suspension of the use of common areas in the Homeowners Association (HOA) and for the dismissal of a subsequent illegal arrest for trespassing on common areas of the HOA.

The HOA is a common interest development subject to the Davis-Stirling Act. SCLHCA violated the Davis-Stirling Act by calling her to an executive session with a fatally flawed and defective notice of hearing. The SCLHCA broke the CA Civil Codes with this action. Also, the reason for calling her in was due to a discussion with a resident in the community. The governing documents do not restrict conduct between residents, and some of her amendment rights were violated. Kim is fighting for the residents of Sun City, not just herself.
