Our friend Kim and her family could use our support through a really difficult time. One year after losing her father, her mother suffered an ischemic stroke while in Florida. She had to undergo surgery to remove a large clot from her brain and unfortunately still has deficits that will require intensive therapy and rehabilitation. She will be returning to Boston this week via med flight to begin the difficult work at Spaulding rehab. With the cost of the flight and medical bills, they could really use some help.
