It is with profound sadness that we announce Eric Fulgenzi’s unexpected and sudden passing while he was traveling with his beloved wife in Portugal.
If you knew Eric, you knew enthusiasm, positivity, grace, and generosity. You knew a passionate teacher and principal. You knew a cartoonist and a musician, a mountain biker and an athlete. You knew the host with literally the most, and good food that he hand made with love. He never let you fill your own glass of vino. You knew a man who lived life to the very fullest, and who was a source of boundless joy and inspiration to those blessed to know him.
His college nickname proudly became his official job title, and as Captain of Adventures he modeled how to live in a way that was fully alive. His passion for life and adventure was only magnified by his timeless love for his wife and adoring family and friends. Eric and Kim shared this love of adventure, embracing other cultures and guiding others to find healing through magical trips abroad. The experiences that they shared and the friends they made all over the world highlighted the beauty of their shared humanity. They had just finished guiding their 33rd trip together with Alchemy Adventures the day before he passed.
Kim’s life has been a testament to the power of living authentically and magically, and guiding others to do the same. Now, in her time of need, we have the opportunity to give back to Kim.
The funds raised through this campaign will help cover the costs of Eric’s sudden passing and provide Kim with the financial support she needs as she navigates this profound loss and unknown road ahead. Your generosity will allow Kim to grieve without the added burden of financial stress during this difficult journey of healing.
