I’m writing this with a heavy heart. My dad has been missing since September 12th in Laguna Niguel, California. For months now, our family has been living every parent, child, and spouse’s worst nightmare — searching for answers, waking up every morning hoping for news, and holding onto hope that we will find him. Not knowing where he is or what happened has been heartbreaking and devastating beyond words.

Despite the time that has passed, we are not giving up. Our family continues to follow every possible lead, remains in communication with authorities, and maintains strong awareness in the community. We are also working with a highly qualified private investigator who is actively focused on finding answers in my dad’s case.

Searching for a missing loved one comes with ongoing and unexpected emotional, logistical, and financial challenges. While law enforcement is involved, many efforts fall on us — his family — to keep the search moving forward.

Funds raised will help us:

• Continue search and awareness efforts

• Respond quickly to leads and support professional investigative resources

• Provide support for my mom, who lives on a fixed income and now faces the reality of losing part of her Social Security without my dad
