Hello, my name is Carla. Once a week, I help my friend feed this friendly, sweet and affectionate stray kitty, Kiki, who roams around her neighborhood but usually stays in my friends' backyard. My friend and her husband are allergic to cats which is why they haven't taken her in, and I haven't either because I already have an older kitty of my own who is very territorial and happy being a solo cat. About a week ago, my friend found Kiki looking sick and lethargic. We took her to Petco where the vet prescribed her medication for an upper respiratory infection and she is on the mend. We couldn't afford to get her all of the diagnostic testing or vaccines that they recommended for her, which is why I am asking for help.
