Kiki recently lost her beloved son, Tristan Taylor, to senseless violence, a loss that has shaken not only his family, but an entire community. Tristan was more than a son. He was a bright light in the lives of so many. He was a remarkable young man, kind-hearted, respectful, loving, intelligent, and full of promise. Tristan had a presence that people were naturally drawn to. He carried himself with humility, warmth, and genuine kindness. He had a beautiful spirit and a smile that could light up any room.

Tristan had just graduated from Taylor Allderdice High School with high honors, a true reflection of his dedication, discipline, and determination. He worked hard, stayed focused, and had dreams for his future. He was the kind of young man who was doing everything right and had so much life ahead of him. But what made Tristan truly special was not just his accomplishments, it was his heart. He touched countless lives through his kindness, compassion, and the way he treated people. He loved deeply, cared genuinely, and brought joy to those around him. He was the kind of young man people felt safe around. He made people laugh, feel seen, and feel valued. His love for family and friends was evident in how he showed up for the people he cared about.
