Kiera has always been a fighter. Born with Alagille Syndrome, a rare genetic mutation that affected her liver, she has faced health challenges her entire life. Despite this, Kiera graduated from community college with honors and dedicated herself to helping others as a caregiver for disabled adults. Her compassion and strength have touched so many lives.

Recently, Kiera’s health took a turn for the worse. At just 26 years old, she is now in end stage liver disease. She had to leave her job and move back in with her grandparents for support. The family had to travel nearly 300 miles from Spokane to Seattle, hoping for a life-saving liver transplant. Kiera’s young son is staying with his dad’s family during this difficult time, and everyone misses him dearly.

The costs are overwhelming—gas, hotels near the hospital, medical bills, and even legal fees to help with her apartment lease. Kiera’s journey is filled with uncertainty, but her family is doing everything possible to support her.
