Support Kieran's Life-Affirming Surgery Journey

Hi there-

my name is Kieran and I’m a trans individual seeking to further my gender affirming care with life saving surgery. This surgery is stage 1 of 3, and will require my absence from work for at least 6 weeks.

After over a year long wait, I received word yesterday that my surgery date is anticipated within the next 4-6 months! Though I don’t have a date secured yet, all of my ducks are in a row and now we wait for further information. After stage 1, my insurance will be changing and I may need additional help securing the funds necessary to complete stages 2 and 3, but we will cross that bridge when we get there.

Your donations will directly cover my expenses while being out of work for recovery, as well as food and lodging for the first two weeks of recovery in Portland.
