Kiel Branchfield is a 42-year-old friend who has always been there for others in times of need. I met Kiel at the Crossing Church through a family friend, and our connection has grown through faith and shared experiences. Now, I am reaching out on his behalf because he is facing a series of serious health challenges that have made life incredibly difficult.
Kiel’s main health issue is an undiagnosed lung disease, but he is also battling polymyalgia, chronic sinus disease, and cardiac problems. These conditions require him to see five different doctors, which is not only physically and emotionally exhausting but also financially overwhelming. Because of his health, Kiel can only work part-time, making it even harder to keep up with the mounting costs of care. He has had to travel to appointments in Chicago, Peoria, Springfield, Quincy, and recently underwent a complicated sinus surgery at Graham Hospital in Canton, Illinois. The procedure required an overnight stay, days of recovery, and follow-up bookings due to complications and the placement of stints in his sinus cavities.
The financial burden of travel, medical appointments, and ongoing care is more than Kiel can manage alone. I am asking for your help to ease this burden so he can focus on his health and recovery. Any support, prayers, or donations are deeply appreciated. Kiel has given so much to others, and now it’s our turn to be there for him. Thank you for considering a gift to support his journey to better health.
