Kieara is a 25-year-old wife and devoted mother to a beautiful four-year-old daughter. Recently, she received the devastating diagnosis of Stage IV metastatic HER2-positive invasive ductal carcinoma with bone metastases. This life-changing news has turned her world upside down. Due to constant medical appointments, treatment requirements, and restrictions following procedures, Kieara has been forced to step away from work. Despite being told her cancer is incurable, she remains determined to fight. She has begun the DESTINY-Breast clinical trial and is receiving targeted therapies, including Enhertu and Perjeta, in hopes of extending both the quality and length of her life.

This diagnosis has placed an enormous emotional and financial burden on Kieara and her family. Alongside her husband and young daughter, she is facing the challenge of navigating aggressive treatment while trying to maintain stability at home.
