Sam has been a family friend for his entire life. He is the same age as my son Ryan and his mother and I were friends when we were both pregnant. I feel like he is one of my own children.

Unfortunately Sam has been suffering from iga Nephropathy for the past 4 years and is now in renal failure. He is currently receiving dialysis three times a week. These treatments require 4 hours per visit. Sam has incurred a large amount of medical bills and has missed quite a bit of work because of his illness.

With your support he will have less stress of all of his bills and he will be able to focus on getting well. 

Sam is currently on a kidney transplant list and testing is being completed for matching donors. Hopefully he will have a donor soon!
