Recent Update 09/19: Kiara is still fighting this battle with courage and will achieve victory. She and her family are looking to fly on a medical flight to MDA Anderson in Houston hospital immediately for further treatments. This air lift is very costly and will not be covered by insurance.

Update: Kiara has been going for 1st set of radiations which will end soon and after that she needs to go through few more sets along with extensive chemo. Thank you so much for all your support and please keep praying for her to have good health.

My neighbor Sapna Hemnani's 10-year old daughter, Kiara Hemnani, was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare type of bone and soft tissue cancer in April. Kiara was struggling with back pain, which continued to worsen until an MRI was given and a mass was found.

Kiara has been undergoing aggressive chemotherapy treatments at Brenner’s Children’s Hospital in Winston Salem, NC. She may need out of state care in the near future, for proton radiation therapy.

Donations will be used to help with medical expenses, transportation costs and potential out of state living expenses for this loving family.
