Hello, my name is Kiana Hefner, and thank you so much for taking the time to read my story. A month ago, my life flipped upside down when I was admitted to the hospital due to a tumor and emergency surgery which led to many complications such as constant nausea, vomiting. Since then, I have been in the hospital for over four weeks, unable to eat or drink. My sole source of nutrition has been TPN through a PICC line. Recently, my doctors discovered that my gallbladder is failing and will need to be removed. Additionally, I have been diagnosed with pancreatitis. While these may be contributing factors to my symptoms, the root cause remains unclear, and my hospital stay continues to extend as we search for answers and provide necessary treatments. This GoFundMe was created to help with mounting medical bills, everyday expenses, and other financial responsibilities as I’ve been unable to work for the past month.
