Support Kia on Her Road to Recovery

This past Friday afternoon, my sister Kia was in a serious car accident that has since turned her world—and ours—upside down. Following the accident, she began experiencing multiple seizures that doctors are still working to understand. Right now, her breathing is being carefully monitored as her medical team focuses on keeping her condition stable.

Family means everything to Kia. She is an amazing aunt who loves spending time with her nieces and nephews, always finding ways to make them laugh and take them on fun outings. Her energy and spirit shine the brightest when she’s with them. Outside of family, Kia had just started a two new jobs, working hard to make a difference and put effort into helping others have a positive experience.

Her journey to recovery will be long and challenging, and while our family is committed to supporting her every step of the way, the reality is that this is more than we can manage on our own. Medical expenses, time away from work, and the care she will need during and after her hospital stay are significant hurdles. That’s why we’re asking for help—any contribution, big or small, will directly support Kia’s recovery and ease the burdens that come with this difficult time.
