Help Support 2-Year-Old Khyler's Battle with Leukemia

Hi everyone, this is Khyler parents Khtiana and Skyler , and we’re  reaching out with heavy hearts on behalf of our sweet 2-year-old son, Khyler.

On July 8, 2023, just 23 days before his first birthday, Khyler was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) B-cell, complicated by a rare and aggressive KMT2A gene mutation. Since that day, our lives have completely changed. Khyler has already endured over a year of painful and intensive treatment—including a clinical trial—and we still have a long road ahead.

A Brave Fighter with a Bright Spirit

Despite the challenges he faces every single day, Khyler remains our bright light. He loves to play with his cousins and his best furry friend Khlover. One of his favorite things in the world is going fishing with his papa—a moment of peace and joy that gives him a break from the medical chaos.

Khyler has faced more than any child should. From spinal taps, bone marrow biopsies, chemotherapy, and trial medications, he’s handled it all with unbelievable strength. His treatments now continue on an outpatient basis, but our journey isn’t over just yet .

Why We Need Help

While we’re endlessly grateful for the doctors and nurses helping Khyler fight this battle, the financial toll has become overwhelming. We are currently struggling under the weight of:

    •    Ongoing medical bills and medical trials not covered by insurance along with medications

    •    Supporting our family during this difficult and uncertain time

    •    Frequent hospital visits and long appointments

    •    Transportation costs to and from hospital visits

As parents, we want nothing more than to focus on Khyler’s health and happiness—but we now find ourselves struggling with bills that continuously come flowing in through the mail.
