Support KHSA Students' Journey to Nationals

Hi, my name is Monique Adkins; I am a registered nurse and a Kensington Health Sciences Academy nursing teacher. I am fundraising to help the students of KHSA travel and compete in national healthcare competitions in HOSA, a health organization student association. The students competed in the early part of the year on a state level and won, which now qualifies them to travel and compete this June 2025, in Nashville, TN.

These students have been working very hard to attend the next-level HOSA competition in ILC. However, with the trip expenses for 10 students to travel to Nashville, TN, it is expensive for teenagers. We are asking for any type of community assistance or help to support these young future healthcare providers.

HOSA is a valuable experience for these young students' future. Going is an excellent opportunity for our students to meet career professionals, get to know themselves, reach goals in their healthcare journey, and gain experiences they wouldn't get otherwise. Any donation will help these students and support the future faces of medicine.
