Support Keyona's Healing Journey

We never thought we we be in this position, but we can use all the help we can get. My name is Natasha Duckett and I am creating this GoFund me on behalf of my daughter Keyona Bushong in hopes of support during this very challenging time.

Many of you might not know, but on March 12, Keyona was involved in a serious auto accident coming back from a hiking trip in Ohio. Keyona was in the back of the car when the vehicle was T boned by a semi on the highway. She was intubated and had to be flown to FortWayne where she spent a few days in the ICU. She suffered brain trauma (brain bleed) and continues to struggle with headaches & severe body pain from the impact and deep body bruising. She wouldn’t be here with us now if she was not wearing her seatbelt, seatbelts save lives!!! Please remember that everyone!!

There is nothing to do but take this all day by day, she has met many milestones along the way, but has a long road to her recovery! If you are unable to donate sharing this with others would mean the world to us, thank you all for your support, kindness, and generosity- we all truly appreciate it! By supporting my daughter it would tremendously help relieve some her financial burdens during this difficult time. At this time we are still uncertain when she will be able to return to her business, which she opened on March 1st! A donut shop in Huntington Indiana, if you are ever in the area stopping in would be another great way to show support :) Withought our family we would not have been able to keep the doors open so a huge thank you to Mike and Roxy’s Donuts in Wabash and everyone else that has been a blessing with help!

All funds raised will go towards:

-Medical expenses for Keyona’s injuries, her medications and any ongoing care needed

Funds if needed to help keep her business afloat

Replacing any belongings that were lost during the accident
