Keyage Minor is the hardest working woman you will ever meet. This 28 year old mother of 3 beautiful children and amazingly compassionate CNA works tirelessly nearly every day of the week to give her kids the best life. We all work together at Epworth Villa Lifecare Community in OKC, where Keyage is the glue that holds us together most days. She works hundreds of hours covering shifts and filling in whenever and wherever she is needed. She is beyond generous and kind and is now facing one of the hardest battles life can throw at you and at such a young age.
For the past 18 months Keyage has been battling an aggressive cancer that has metastasized to other areas of her body. She has continued working tirelessly to support her children and to care for the elders despite going through chemo and multiple surgeries. She is receiving chemotherapy weekly and needs a port placed to continue with her treatments. The port is going to cost $12,000 out of pocket up front, and each chemo treatment is $2,000. She is draining her savings and still working herself to the bone to stay on top of the mounting medical bills.
This GoFundMe is being set up to help ease that burden for her and her family, whether it goes towards uncovered medical costs, extended hospital stays, or other expenses that come with long-term cancer treatment. Any amount, big or small, will make a difference. If you are unable to donate, please share this link so that we can reach as many people as possible to help our lovely friend. Thank you.
